CALL FOR PAPERS

The 2019 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2019) will be held in Dalian, China, in September 20-23, 2019. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academia from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.

Dalian is located at the southern end of teh Liaodong Peninsula, west of the Bohai Sea, east of the Yellow Sea, facing the Pacific Ocean.  Dalian has a pleasant climate and is China's outstanding ribbon city.  As a coastal city, Dalian has a long coastline.  Along the southern coast, a road like a jade ribbon among the mountains and along the sea, threading through the scenic sports of Bangchui Island, Tiger Beach, Fujia Villiage, Balyunshan Park, and Xinghai Park.  Dalian is also facous in China for teh delicious fresh seafood.  You can taste the freshest seafood there.

Paper Submission: Submitted papers must not have been published previously or must not be currently under consideration elsewhere for publication. All submissions will be handled electronically. The full papers should adhere to the standard IEEE format and must not exceed 6 pages and accepted papers will be submitted to the Xplore Digital Library.

 

Important Deadlines:

Submission of Full Paper :  May 31, 2019 (Extended)
Notification of Acceptance starts on:   June 15, 2019
Authors’ Registration :   August 1, 2019

 

Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements would be published in the final Conference Proceedings and all presenting authors must register before the Registration Deadline to ensure their paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings and thus submitted for listing in IEEE Xplore.  There is current agreement between IEEE and Elsevier that the presented ICSPCC2019 Conference Papers could also be searchable in Engineering Index ( EI ).  

 

 

 

No Show Policy

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference.  Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No-Show List".  The "No-Show" papers will not be published by IEEE and IEEE Xplore, EI Complendex or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.
