The ICSPCC2015 was a great success and well attended for more than 260 delegates.

A total of 428 papers had been submitted for review and 220 papers was accepted and included in the Proceedings.

An Education Forum was firstly organized on 20 September afternoon for educational experts and famous professors in the field of Electronic and Information Engineering to deliberate how to improve the quality of education and the ranking of colleges and universities.  Attendees agreed that this is a very good opportunity for them to share experience from other Institutions.

We are now finalizing the Papers and forward to IEEE to index them in the IEEE Digital Library and EI.  This is expected to take some 3-4 months.

The Organizing Committee has decided the ICSPCC2016 would be held in Hong Kong, tentatively on August 6-8 in Hong Kong.

We thank you for your great support and looking forward to seeing you again in ICSPCC2016!!
