The 2015 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2015) will be held in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, in September 19-22, 2015. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.
Ningbo, a famous historic civilization city with 7000 years history, has gathered merchants and celebrities since ancient times. Ningbo is also a national top-ranking tourism city. Her Port is a major multi-functional deep-water port integrating inland harbors, estuary harbors and sea harbors. The main business of Ningbo port includes iron ore imports, domestic and foreign trade containers, crude oil, liquid chemical products, and coal as well as other services like loading and unloading, storage and transferring business of general cargo. Putuoshan is the world famous Buddhist Island, 70 Km from Ningbo. You can also take a side trip to Hangzhou with only one hours China high speed train travelling.

Paper Submission: Submitted papers must not have been published previously or must not be currently under consideration elsewhere for publication. All submissions will be handled electronically. The full papers should adhere to the standard IEEE format and must not exceed 6 pages.
Accepted papers which meet the Conference requirements would be published in the final conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xpolore Digital Library. IEEE has agreement with Elsevier that the papers listed in IEEE Explore would be cited in Engineering Index (EI).
No Show Policy Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No-Show List". The "No-Show" papers will not be published by IEEE and IEEE Xplore, EI Complendex or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

The 4th one, ICSPCC2014 , was held in Guilin, China. The 3rd one, ICSPCC2013, was held in Kunming, China. The 2nd one, ICSPCC2012, was held in Hong Kong.
