Important Deadlines:
The 2014 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2014) will be held in Guilin, Guangxi, China, in August 5-8, 2014. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions. Guilin, located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has always been a famous historical and cultural city in China, reputed as “the landscape in Guilin the best under heaven.” The famous places for sightseeing would be the Lijiang River, City for King of the Ming Dynasty, Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave as well as the Big banyan tree. The extraordinary landform, together with the fascinating Lijiang River and charming pastoral scenery, forms a unique and picturesque landscape, known as “the four matchless”, i.e., the “green hills”, “crystal waters”, “fantastic caves” and “marvelously shaped rocks” which are world-renowned and definitely worth visiting in Guilin.

Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore. Subject to current arrangement and requirement between IEEE and EI, the papers would be cited in Engineering Index (EI).
No Show Policy Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No-Show List". The "No-Show" papers will not be published by IEEE and IEEE Xplore, EI Complendex or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

History of International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing The Conference was initiated and organized by IEEE Xian Section and Hong Kong Section in 2011. The first Conference, ICSPCC2011, was held in Xian, China. The second one, ICSPCC2012, was held in Hong Kong. The third one, ICSPCC2013, was held in Kunming, China.
