CALL FOR PAPERS
The 2013 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2013) will be held in Kunming, Yunnan, China, in August 5-8, 2013. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing (SP), communications (Comm) and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions.

“Yunnan”(云南) refers to “the South of Clouds”, it sounds beautiful and it is really a beautiful place with both the waterscapes and the mountains such as Yulong (玉龙雪山) Snow and Cang (苍山) Mountains and Dianchi (滇池) Fuxian (抚仙湖) and Erhai (洱海) Lakes which are all within several hour’s drive away. Yunnan is also famous for its colorful minority cultures.
Kunming(昆明), the capital of Yunnan, is well known as both "Spring City" with neither severe winter nor extremely hot summer and “Flower City” with many kinds of flowers in all seasons. The Stone Forrest (石林) here is one of the most famous tourist attractions around world.

Paper Submission: Submitted papers must not have been published previously and they must not be currently under consideration for publication at another venue. All submissions will be handled electronically. The full papers should adhere to the standard 8.5" X 11" IEEE format and within 4 pages, and must not exceeding 6 pages. Accepted papers will be published in the final Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore and cited in Engineering Index (EI) (subject to current arrangement and requirement in IEEE Xplore and EI, see more detail in Paper Submission).

History of International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing The Conference was initiated by IEEE Xian Section and Hong Kong Section CAS/COM Chapter in 2011. The first Conference, ICSPCC2011, was held in Xian, China. The second one, ICSPCC2012, was held in Hong Kong.
