Each accepted paper must be associated with Regular Registration so that the paper can be included in the Conference Proceedings and the IEEE Xplore.  Except that the same first author registration, he can publish his two papers with one registration.  If the first author is a student, he can publish one accepted paper only. Student author who wants to take this option should send proof of "full-time student" identity along with the payment.

Regular Registration includes the access all technical sessions, conference reception, conference banquet and Conference Proceedings. Student Registration enjoys the same benefit as that of the Regular Registration except the conference banquet.

After registration on the web, delegates should save and print the Invoice for future reference. ?/span>If not paying by on-line VISA or Master Card, delegate must arrange payment according to the instruction on the invoice. Please ensure payment can reach the Conference Treasurer in time. Payment evidence send via email or fax to confirm the registration will help to speed up the process. Please include "ICSPCC 2013" in the subject of the email.

The Registration Fee is non-refundable.  The Conference Organizing Committee has tried the best to keep the Conference Fee at the lowest.  The charged fee is just to make the conference breakeven and the expenses have most been committed or spent.   Hence in any case that uncontrollable mishap happens rendering the cancellation of the Conference, paid fee would not be refunded but accepted paper in anyway will be listed in IEEE Xplore. 

Delegates joining the conference are strongly recommended to have own travelling insurance coverage in attending the conference. 

All authors must register and submit the Final Paper and Copyright Form before July 1, 2013 .

Regular Registration has to be completed on or before June 30, 2013 in order to enjoy the discount early bird rate.
