After you have received the email notification
that your Paper is ACCEPTED, please follow below procedures to submit the
required document in order to have your Paper included in the Conference
Proceedings and hence listed in IEEE Xplore.
We have checked your paper Similarity according to IEEE requirement. If
you received email stating that your paper Similarity is over IEEE Crosscheck
30%, Please revise your paper to improve the Similarity using
Pagarism Software. Return the paper to
ywliuhk@hotmail.com.
Step 1. Revise your
paper according to Reviewers comment, if any, and format the paper
compatible with IEEE Explore format
Step 2. Submit your
final paper for checking / converting into compatible IEEE PDF format
Step 3. Complete the Copyright Transfer and
upload your final paper in Softconf.

come out correctly. Papers that do not meet the requirements will not be
included in the Conference Proceedings

Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page
numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are

First-time users should do the following:

· your email address
· a password (your account can be used in other conference in the future)
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An email confirmation will be sent to you from IEEE Express when your paper is
ok.
