ICSPCC2025 REGISTRATION

 

The 2025  15th IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2025) - #66825 is scheduled to begin on 18-21 July 2025 in Hong Kong.

 

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference.  Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference would add to a "No-Show List".  The "No-Show" papers will not be published in IEEE Xplorer (and EI Complendex). but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

 

Conference Proceedings Papers meeting the requirements will be submitted to IEEE Xplore digital library for publication. ICSPCC reserved the rights to exclude any paper. Registration fee paid is non-refundable.

 

IEEE will contact the corresponding accepted paper author to arrange the Copyright of the paper transfer to IEEE after the Registration.  Failing to transfer of Paper Copyright will render the Paper not be published in IEEE Explor (and EI)

 

The Registration includes Accepted Paper Publication in Conference Proceedings, the rights to attend Conference reception Opening and all Conference Technical Sessions in ICSPCC 2025. 

 

Member and Non-member Registration includes publication of one accepted paper in the Conference Proceedings and invited to Conference Banquet.  Special offer for same first author of two papers can enjoy one registration to cover publishing two papers.    

 

Student Registration include one accepted paper and do not include the Banquet to keep the registration fee low.  .

 

Author Companion Registration is for co-authors to join the Conference at a consessionary rate.  The Companion Registration does not include the Accepted Paper Publication in the Conference Proceedings.  It includes the rights to attend all Conference Technical Sessions, Conference Reception, together with one set of USB Conference Proceedings.  

 

Delegates registered shall arrange attending the conference at his own expenses.  It is strongly recommended to have own travelling insurance coverage in attending the Conference. 

 

Momentous Asia Travel & Events Company Ltd (MATE) (Licence No.: 353406) is ICSPCC2025 conference management Company.  Payment of Registration will be collected by Momentoous during the registration.
