After you have received the email notification that your Paper is ACCEPTED, please follow below procedures to submit the required document in order to have your paper included in the ICSPCC2023 Conference Proceedings and hence listed in IEEE Xplore.

We have checked your paper Similarity according to IEEE requirement.  If you received email stating that your paper Similarity is over IEEE Crosscheck 30%,   Please revise your paper to improve the Similarity using Pagarism Software.  Return the paper to ywliuhk@hotmail.com for checking again till we confirm your paper meeting the requirement.

Step 1. Revise your paper according to Reviewers comment, if any, and format the paper  compatible with IEEE Explore format.

Step 2. Submit your final paper for checking / converting into compatible IEEE PDF format

Step 3. Complete the Copy-right Declaration.

Step 4. Upload your revised final paper, the IEEE return Copyright form and PDF Compliance Email.

Step 5.  Complete your Registration.

Close to the conference date,  Youwill be informed the conference sechedue where your conference Paper presentation time slot. 

All authors must register and submit the Final Paper, Copyright Form and other documents required on or before October 20, 2023, or your paper may not be included in the Conference Proceedings. 

Step 1. Revise your paper according to Reviewers comment, if any, and format it compatible with IEEE Explore format

First revise your paper in according to Reviewers comment.

Format your paper using the following guidelines and according to the detailed explanations given in the sample manuscript, including setting of margins.

Please proof read the revised paper to ensure that all of the formatting and English have come out correctly. Papers that do not meet the requirements will not be included in the Conference Proceedings

The  file name should be  XXXXfinalpaper.pdf (XXXX being the paper no.)

Step 2. Submit your source file to check / convert into IEEE Express PDF

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.
 

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click the link.

2. Enter the Conference ID

·   59353X

· your email address

· a password  (your account can be used in other conference in the future)

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An email confirmation will be sent to you from IEEE Express when your paper is ok.

Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

1.  After your compatibility check is ok, submit the final paper before OCTOBER 10, 2023

Step 3. Complete the Copy-right transfer requirement 

The Electronic Copyright system for ICSPCC can be access in the Softcon Final Paper Submission page, please follow the instructions there.

After transfer  Upload the received IEEE confirmation email after the success of the copyright transfer.

Step 4. Upload your revised final paper, the IEEE return Copyright form and PDF Compliance Email in the Final Paper Submission in Softconfportal.
