Due to recent development of the pandemic, travelling to Xina is not feasible in October. The Conference Organizing Committee decided that ICSPCC2022 conference will be held on line and Authors shall present the accepted paper on line in ICSPCC2022 Conference in Xi'an. 

Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not presented as scheduled in the Conference Program would be added to a "No-Show List".  The "No-Show" papers will not be published by IEEE and IEEE Xplore (and EI Complendex or other public access forums), but these papers will be distributed as part of the ICSPCC 2022 Proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

Conference Proceedings Papers meeting the requirements will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for publication. IEEE reserved the rights to exclude any 2022 Proceeding Papers in IEEE Explorer if the Paper does not conform the requirements as stipulated in this web site. Registration fee paid is non-refundable.

Registration includes Accepted Paper Publication in ICSPCC2022 Conference Proceedings, the rights to attend the on-line Conference held in Xi'an,  Conference Opening and all Conference Technical Sessions.  One Registration includes publication of one accepted paper in the 2022 Conference Proceedings. Same first author Registration can include two accepted  papers in one registration.    Student Registration can only include one accepted paper.
