Conference Venue

 

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in mainland China and all over the world, travelling to Xi'an is now unlikely feasible. The Organising Committee decided that ICSPCC2021 will be a virtual conference conducted in Northwestern Polytechnical University.
