Due to recent development of the pandemic all over the world, travelling to Macao is unlikely feasible in August.  The Conference Organizing Committee decided that ICSPCC2020 will be a virtual conference organized in the University of Macau.  It will be a real time conference with Open ceremony and on-line paper presentation by all accepted paper authors, in August 22-23.  Authors please confirm if you can get support from your school before payment.  Registration fee paid is non-refundable.

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have the first author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference.  Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not presented as scheduled in the Conference Program would be added to a "No-Show List".  The "No-Show" papers will not be published by IEEE and IEEE Xplore (and EI Complendex or other public access forums), but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

Conference Proceedings Papers meeting the requirements will be submitted to IEEE Xplore digital library for publication. ICSPCC reserved the rights to exclude any paper. Registration fee paid is non-refundable.

Registration includes Accepted Paper Publication in ICSPCC2020 Conference Proceedings, the rights to attend the Virtual Conference,  Opening,and all Conference Technical Sessions.  Student Registration can cover one accepted paper.  Same first author registration can cover two paper in one registration.
