After you have received the email notification that your Paper is ACCEPTED.  Please follow below procedures to submit the required document in order to have your paper included in the Conference Proceedings and hence listed in IEEE Xplore and EI Index.

Authors MUST submit the final papers before the 1 August 2019 in Portable Document Format (PDF) conforming to the IEEE Xplore Requirements. The document must not be encrypted, locked or otherwise write-protected.

Step 1. Revise your paper and format t compatible with IEEE Explore format

Step 2. Submit your final paper for converting into IEEE Express PDF
Step 3. Check Plagiarism if you have not done so
Step 4. Complete the Copy-right Declaration.

Step 5. Prepare a text file of the Paper Abstract
Step 6. Upload your final paper

Please format your paper using the following guidelines and according to the detailed explanations given in the sample manuscript, including setting of margins.

Add the IEEE copyright clause

at the bottom left foot note in the first page of your paper.  

Please see the example of the note in the bottom left conrner in the Template.

Please print your paper and proof read it to ensure that all of the formatting and English have come out correctly. Papers that do not meet the requirements will not be listed in IEEE Explore or EI

The  file name should be  XXXXfinalpaper.pdf (XXXX being the paper no.)

Your paper No. should be 4 digit adding  9  as  the ist digit and  the submission no., e.g Submission No. 66 should 9066

Step 2. Submit your source file to convert into IEEE Express PDF

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click the link.

2. Enter the Conference ID

·    46631XP

· your email address

· a password  (your account can be used in other conference in the future)

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent, verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

1.  After your compatibility check is ok, submit the final paper before August 1, 2019

2. Submit your PDF compatibility check confrimation email from IEEE after the final paper upload.

Step 3. “Plagiarism is a threat to scholarly publishing in general and to IEEE’s publication program in particular. Originality of the submitted work can be assured through plagiarism screening and rejection of suspected material. For maximum effectiveness among IEEE periodicals and conferences, all IEEE articles shall be submitted to a plagiarism detection process prior to being uploaded to IEEE Xplore.”

Authors are advise to check, if has not done so. Please noted that it is the author responsibility to ensure the final paper is his own research result not copying others work.  Failure to do this may render cancellation of the papers listing in IEEE Explore and EI.

ICSPCC and IEEE use the Crosscheck software to test your submitted final paper.  We expected the Similarity should below 30%. 

We will check your final paper in IEEE Crosscheck and go back to you to revise the final paper in case the similarity is not acceptable.

Step 4. Complete the Copy-right transfer requirement 

The Electronic Copyright system for ICSPCC can be access in the Softcon.Submit your your final paper, click the link in the Copyright Transfer and follow the instructions. 

Upload the IEEE confrmation email after the success of the copyright transfer.
