  • The 2014 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and Computing (ICSPCC 2014) will be held in Guilin, Guangxi, China, in August 5-8, 2014. The goal of the conference is to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics from the world to discuss novel theories, technologies and applications in the areas of signal processing, communications and computing. The conference will feature prominent plenary speakers as well as technical sessions. Guilin, located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has always been a famous historical and cultural city in China, reputed as “the landscape in Guilin the best under heaven.” The famous places for sightseeing would be the Lijiang River, City for King of the Ming Dynasty, Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave as well as the Big banyan tree. The extraordinary landform, together with the fascinating Lijiang River and charming pastoral scenery, forms a unique and picturesque landscape, known as “the four matchless”, i.e., the “green hills”, “crystal waters”, “fantastic caves” and “marvelously shaped rocks” which are world-renowned and definitely worth visiting in Guilin.
